Information about Dwell Residential....
Dwell Residential is a specialist lettings company that has been created to provide landlords and tenants with a first class service, but with pricing that is fair and offers value. We bridge the gap between the big blue chip agents who provide a professional service but with fees to match, and those agents at the other end of the spectrum with low fees, but sadly often with a level of service to match.
We aim to provide a positive experience for all of our clients, whether they be landlords or tenants. Our membership of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents, and The Property Ombudsman Service underscores our commitment to best practice and to operating to high professional standards.
Dwell Residential is the result of a partnership between Chris Boswell and Nigel Bosworth who both previously worked for large blue chip agents in top management positions. They have a combined experience of over 19 years in the Central London lettings and property market, including experience in the Serviced Apartment sector and Asset & Investment Management. They not only both passionately believe in delivering a quality service, but have achieved all of their previous successes by doing so.
It was Chris and Nigel’s desire to provide equally high levels of service but with much better value for their clients that led them both to resign their positions at the start of 2009 and to found Dwell Residential.
